Our Falcon Chicks have been tagged and named. This year the males dominated, all four chicks are male. I will list each one with their name and tag identification.

Bob - Black over Green 37 over Red
Dennis - Black over Green 60 over Red
Jasper- Black over Green 39 over Red
Pat-Black over Green 38 over Red

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Our Falcons are doing great and we are happy to announce that the banding of our latest additions to the 55 Water Street Falcon Family will be exactly one year from the date of our last banding.

Our new birds will be banded on Thursday, May 19 at 9:00 a.m. smile The banding will be broadcast via the internet, so please tune in for this special event.

Today we are happy to announce that all four eggs have hatched and there are now four young hatchlings.

The birds hatched between 11:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. last Thursday the 28th of April. The last bird hatched around 8:38 a.m. on Friday.

All four birds seem to be doing very well and we're looking forward to watching them grow.

Good Morning!

As you all know this is the last week in April and as predicted the first of the eggs has hatched.

If you tune into our Web Cam, you will be able to see our first hatchling.

The first egg hatched today sometime between 11:30 and 11:45 smile

We are all very excited.

Stay tuned for more news on the new additions to our Falcon family.

J Jaie is settled in the nest for the incubation period. Nothing new should come about until the eggs hatch, but you can still keep checking back and watching the web cam.

More Good News!

J Jaie has laid two more eggs. smile This leaves us with a total of four. The third and fourth eggs were laid on the 24th and 26th of March.

As all of you avid falcon cam watchers know the incubation period is 31 days and it begins after the last egg has been laid.

We can expect to see our new babies around the 26th of April.

To all of our loyal watchers and those that are new to our site, we are pleased to announce that J Jaie has laid two eggs.

The first egg arrived on the 20th and the second on the 22nd of this month. We are expecting another today.
